crossoverdental.com/members and codeclients.com should be the two web pages you bookmark in your internet browser for logging-in to your Member account for Medical Billing.
Two online forms that need to be filled out on our website: “Registration- eSignature forms” and “NPI Registration Form”. These two forms will be used by our programmers to complete the building of your account.
“Recurring Payment Form” is to setup an Auto-Pay on our Commissions for Paid medical claims at the 8% rate. If you do not have Auto Pay, the Commission Rate will be at 10%.
The Document Management message board is your Primary method to communicate with the CODE team in a secure and HIPAA compliant manner. You will use the message board to show us documents mailed/faxed to your office and any questions you have about Medical Billing or our website systems.
This online class for Medical Billing has more details than the blue “Staff Training Modules” or purple “Doctor Training Modules” sections, but you may still review them at your convenience.
The “Claims – E.C. Portal” will use a separate log-in using a Doctor’s Individual NPI# (Not a Type-2 Organizational/Group NPI#), your Office’s Tax ID# (just the numbers, no spaces or dashes) and the same Password you have for Crossoverdental.com
